During this complimentary session, we'll meet your pet, discuss their routine, preferences, and any special needs to create a customized care plan.
Absolutely! We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet session for all new clients. This gives you and your pet the opportunity to meet Brendi in person, ask questions, and ensure it's the perfect fit. There's no obligation — we want you to feel completely comfortable before committing.
Yes, Brendi Pet Club is fully licensed, bonded, and insured with comprehensive liability coverage. We also conduct thorough background checks and maintain Pet First Aid & CPR certifications. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are our highest priorities.
Yes, we have extensive experience administering all types of medications including oral pills, liquids, topical treatments, eye/ear drops, and insulin injections. We follow veterinary instructions precisely and provide detailed logs of every medication administered during each visit.
Our Pet Taxi service provides safe, climate-controlled transportation to veterinarian appointments, groomers, daycare facilities, boarding, or training sessions. All pets travel in custom safety harnesses with door-to-door service. Wait-and-return options are available for appointments.
We love puppies! Our Puppy Club membership is specifically designed for new puppy families with services tailored to their unique needs — frequent potty breaks, feeding schedules, positive reinforcement play sessions, and early socialization support to help your puppy grow into a confident, well-adjusted dog.
Your pet's safety always comes first. In extreme heat, we shorten walks, provide extra water, and focus on shaded routes. During rain or storms, we ensure proper drying after outdoor time and can extend indoor playtime. For air quality issues (wildfire smoke, etc.), we may switch to indoor-only activities with your approval.
